INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT) SUPPORT TECHNICIAN
SUMMARY: The Leaguers, Inc. is seeking a motivated, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented Junior IT Support Technician to join our dynamic IT team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in IT support, with potential career growth.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

General IT Support:

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and applications;
  • Monitor and support daily operations of computer systems and networks;
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues and system errors;
  • Set up user accounts and profiles; manage passwords and access controls;
  • Provide daily support for staff via in-person, phone, or remote assistance;
  • Maintain accurate documentation and update the IT ticketing system regularly.

Help Desk & Technical Support:

  • Respond to service requests and provide timely resolution;
  • Follow procedures and diagrams to troubleshoot or set up systems;
  • Prioritize and manage multiple open tickets simultaneously;
  • Maintain strong working relationships with internal staff and external vendors.

Network & System Assistance:

  • Assist with troubleshooting network outages and internet connectivity issues;
  • Perform light network and voice cabling, and relocate network equipment as needed;
  • Support Meraki-based network infrastructure (Wi-Fi, switches, firewalls);
  • Help configure and deploy Windows 10/11 devices, including imaging and enrollment.

System Administration:

  • Support and manage device enrollments using Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager;
  • Perform basic account management tasks in Active Directory, Azure AD, and Office 365;
  • Assist with setup and maintenance of printers, VOIP phones, and security systems;
  • Document technical procedures and solutions accurately for knowledge sharing.

Additional Technical Knowledge:

  • Basic understanding of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, OSI layers, and print servers;
  • Familiarity with CCTV and VOIP systems is a plus;
  • Test and evaluate new hardware and software technologies
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Associate Degree in Computer Science or related field, preferred;
  • CompTIA A+ certification, preferred;
  • 2-3 years of field or help desk experience, preferred;
  • Exposure to Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, Azure, or Google Workspace, prefered;
  • Strong technical problem-solving and diagnostic skills;
  • Proficient with Windows environments and standard networking tools;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing demands;
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and customer service skills;
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when needed;
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
SALARY:
Negotiated based on experience and certification
