About The Job

You will run social channels with a performance mindset. This role blends creative output such as short-form video, copy, and posts with operations like calendar and coordination work and analytics including reporting and iteration. You will collaborate closely with community to align messaging with events, campaigns, and in‑game moments.

You will:

  • Own the content calendar and publishing workflow across key platforms.
  • Create and publish 3 TikTok videos per week.
  • Write and schedule social copy and support asset creation for events, campaigns, and evergreen content.
  • Write and publish 2 to 3 blog posts per month.
  • Engage daily with the community in comments and DMs using a brand-safe tone.
  • Monitor sentiment and performance; turn data into weekly improvements and clear reporting.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support GTMs, CTAs, and campaign initiatives, ensuring consistent brand voice.

About you

  • You have run brand social channels before and can deliver content consistently.
  • You have created short-form video before and can produce at a steady pace.
  • You write clearly, adapt tone by channel, and understand what performs.
  • You have used social analytics before to improve what you publish.

Nice to have:

  • You have worked in gaming, entertainment, or highly engaged consumer brands.
  • You have collaborated with creators or influencers before.

Technical requirements

  • A minimum internet speed of 15 Mb/s download and 15 Mb/s upload with Latency < 120 ms, internationally
  • A minimum of 8 GB RAM
  • Windows 11 (All editions except Windows S Mode), or macOS 13.0 or newer
  • A processor with a CPU Mark of at least 9220, like Intel i5-8400, or stronger (Has to be 8th Gen Intel or above, if Ryzen, 2nd Gen or above)
  • A GPU with a G3D Rating of 4806, like GTX 760, or stronger
  • A smartphone usable for two-factor authentication that runs at least:
    • Android 10.0 or newer
    • Apple iOS 16.0 or newer
